At Wild Organics, we are committed to delivering your fresh, organic produce and products quickly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find all the details you need about our delivery process.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

Cape Town and Surrounds: Including Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Deep South and West Coast

2. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on Wednesday each week.
Orders placed before Sunday midnight will be delivered on the next Wednesday.
Deliveries are made between the same time slots each week.

3. Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery Fee: R75.00
Free delivery is available for orders over R1500.00

4. How to Track Your Delivery

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order.
Please check to see that it is correct..

5. Delivery Instructions

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address during the specified time.
Get to know your delivery drivers, they are wonderful people.
If no one is available, please provide clear instructions for leaving your delivery (e.g., leave with a neighbor or in a secure location).
Wild Organics is not responsible for loss or damage to goods left as per customer instructions.

6. Freshness Guarantee

We take great care to deliver your products fresh and in excellent condition. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other delays may occur. If your delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
